In the case of a pre-authorization, when you insert your bank card to fill up, the payment authorization is set at a fixed ceiling (this is the maximum amount of fuel you are authorized to purchase). The payment limit of your card is then reduced by your bank by this fixed amount until the actual payment is recorded. Of course, only the real amount of your transaction is debited from your account.

We, therefore, invite you to contact your bank, which will be able to give you all the necessary explanations on how they handle these payment authorizations.

For any additional questions, we advise you to contact the operator of the site, or our service station contact.

Tip 1: Contact your operator in case of any issue with the payment.
Tip 2: The amount of your transaction is debited from your account.
